Forecasts

Dreamweaver (8/11), Songkran (2/1), Potenza (5/1), Natty Night (11/2), Fantastic Blue (9/1), Akamanto (16/1), Rake's Progress (16/1), Hawridge Flyer (25/1)

Verdict

While he has been burdened with top weight, preference is for DREAMWEAVER to add another C&D victory to his name in this. The four-year-old oozed ability in his previous race at the Lancashire track, and looks set to have race and weather conditions fall perfectly into his lap once more. Songkran and his rise in the weights has been nothing short of impressive and looks to be the obvious main danger - the switch in yard and gelding operation has seemed to revitalise him. While the likes of Akamanto and Potenza outran their claims last time but will need to find slightly more on ratings to land this.
  1. Dreamweaver
  2. Songkran
  3. Potenza
