Verdict

An open-looking affair, preference is for PERFORMANCE POET to get off the mark on her second start. The three-year-old was taking when looking slightly uncomfortable on her debut, but this track should suit her better and her trainer is currently operating at a 44% strike rate. Plenty also hold claims, including the similarly less-exposed types of One Small Step and One Above, who ran striking debuts and warrant major respect, while the most exposed Rhyme Scheme seems consistent and sets the form standard. One making her debut is Evolica, who cannot be ignored due to the trainer/jockey combination.
  1. Performance Poet
  2. One Small Step
  3. Rhyme Scheme
