Demain Des L'Aube (11/4), Jerandme (3/1), Star Max (16/5), Lever Du Soleil (7/1), Cliff House (7/1), Aforementioned (8/1), Happy Jacky (10/1), Clonguile Way (20/1), Josephina (33/1), Time For Mabel (50/1), Shantou Warrior (80/1), Shanes Hill Glen (250/1)

Verdict

STAR MAX is given another chase on the basis of some solid form in a couple of chases earlier this year before having a torrid time last time out at Thurles in a Grade 3 contest when taking a heavy fall at the last. If none the worse for that experience then he should be capable of winning a race of this class. Demain Des L'Aube is another who has shown fair form over fences and regarded highly enough to run in a Grade 1 contest last time out. On the downside, his completion rate is poor. Happy Jacky is a consistent hurdler and if he finds fences to his liking then he could go well.
