Verdict

A handicap in which seasoned professional meet some unexposed sorts, preference is for the previous type with BLAIRMAYNE. The seven year old proved to be a model of consistency, winning two C&D in the process, last season and remains on a very winnable mark. At the top of the weights, Ardhoomey gives the race a class edge and should be expected to run his usual solid race, while the likes of Illetas has a workable opening mark, and Flaming Moon may not have hit his limit either, despite being whacked with a 5lb rise for a good C&D run last time out.
  1. Blairmayne
  2. Ardhoomey
  3. Illetas
