Paloma Blue travelled really well in the Grand Annual at Cheltenham in March but soon weakened when push came to shove. His willingness is a source of concern now; as is the jumping efficiency of likely frontrunner
Dinons.
Peregrine Run won this 12 months ago and is race-fit after a pleasing Flat run at Limerick but
ROBIN DES FORET might well score for the champion trainer/jockey team. He ran a cracker in the Caspian Caviar Gold Cup at Cheltenham in November after a break and held his own in fiercely competitive handicaps around Leopardstown afterwards before failing to land a blow at Cheltenham in the spring. This is a good chance to register a fourth chase success.
