Verdict

SOCIETY LION performed well when fourth on handicap debut and he can record his second victory by taking this competitive three-year-old only handicap. The colts trainer Sir Michael Stoute can boast a 26% strike-rate (7/27) in recent weeks and the son of Invincible Spirit can improve on that at the chief expense of Jumaira Bay who finished runner-up to the selection when the pair met at Yarmouth last October. Third place can go to Newbolt who is bidding to complete a hat-trick and was a winner on seasonal debut last month.
  1. Society Lion
  2. Jumaira Bay
  3. Newbolt
