Verdict

This race looks a good opportunity for INDIAN SOUNDS to regain the winning thread after he went close at Thirsk just nine days ago. He runs off the same mark now and has only had a couple of starts at this trip so there should be plenty more to come. His biggest danger is the similarly in-form Bernie's Boy who is also turned out quickly after ending a two year dry spell to win at Kempton over a slightly shorter trip five days ago. If able to settle better in the early stages it would be no surprise to see Essaka finish in the money considering he looked an eyecatcher in the very late stages of his reappearance run when staying on.
