Both
Oakenshield and
Bond's Boy are undoubtedly three-year-old's with potential. The former cost a tidy sum as a yearling (200,000gns) and was a most taking winner on handicap debut at Newcastle (6f) three weeks ago. However, from an 11lb higher mark he competes over an extra 1½f. Therefore, a more speculative selection is the less 'sexy'
MISCHIEF STAR. While more exposed than each of those aforementioned rivals, his stamina reserves aren't in doubt, and he should strip fitter for a creditable comeback run at Lingfield Park.
