Forecasts

Blame It On Sally (3/1), Young Merlin (7/2), Singing The Blues (9/2), Mankayan (5/1), Theatro (11/2), Atomic Jack (12/1), Be Fair (14/1), Flintrock (20/1), Vorashann (25/1), Author's Dream (33/1), Ascot Day (33/1), Fleeting Visit (40/1)

Verdict

Singing The Blues was an eyecatcher finishing well into third over 1m4f last week and will make his presence felt, but narrow preference is for BLAME IT ON SALLY who did well for Sir Mark Prescott last term and looks the type to be suited by this track and trip with a top rider booked for her new handler. Theatro only just failed at Pontefract midweek and if making the journey south from Middleham would be a big threat, while Atomic Jack has gone well fresh in the past, and the still unexposed Be Fair is a potential improver.
  1. Blame It On Sally
  2. Singing The Blues
  3. Theatro
