Verdict

The obvious starting place is Newcastle winner Tsar, one of two for John Gosden in here and the mount of Frankie Dettori. He likely improves back on grass but that autumn success will need to be improved on if he's going to give 7lb away and score now. His stablemate Wild Boy joins King Fairy, Sidereal as newcomers that could have something to offer but the vote is reserved for LORD CAMPARI. He was behind the smart Palace Pier (sixth) on debut but should improve markedly and represents connections in fine form, with Andrea Atzeni riding a treble here from five rides on Thursday. The son of Kingman can step up on his Sandown run.
  1. Lord Campari
  2. Tsar
  3. Sidereal
