Verdict

The Henry Daly-trained WHOOPSEY represents a stable with a 40% strike-rate (4/10) in the last fortnight and she is taken to make a winning seasonal and hurdling debut in this opening mares' novices' hurdle. The selection showed ability on good-to-soft ground when debuting last March and she can get the better of Hollymount Holly who drops in grade on her hurdling debut having contested a Listed bumper last time. Born In Borris won a point-to-point earlier this year and she can take third on her Rules debut.
