Verdict

An interesting opener with the penalised runners forming the majority of the main interest. One of those Severano failed to complete his hat-trick in handicap company last time but he returns to the novice ranks under a double penalty still looking to have plenty to offer. Igor is another of the penalised group to return to novice company from a handicap and it looks as though he’ll appreciate the drop in trip. Logan Rocks highly tried last time is eased in grade on the back of a wind op and that should enable him to get involved. DANNY KIRWAN returns from a long break looking to get off the mark over hurdles after two fine efforts so far; this step up in trip looks sure to suit.
  1. Danny Kirwan
  2. Sevarano
  3. Igor
