Verdict

Being less exposed than his rivals, top weight SENIOR CITIZEN is fancied to go one better than his promising chasing bow at Doncaster last month. Both Rizzardo and Pookie Pekan won in good style last time, the former scoring comfortably last week. He goes again quickly under a penalty before being reassessed, while the latter has been on an upward curve all term. Commis D'Office has promised to land a race more than once but failed to deliver. He may still prove a danger though if putting his best foot forward.
