The Cashel Man (1/6), Minella Trump (7/2), Battlefield (100/1)

Verdict

Another small-field affair with THE CAHSEL MAN likely to be a warm order judged on the form of either of his two hurdle runs this season, with his recent second in a Grade 1 novice hurdle the standout form on offer in a race severely lacking depth. Minella Trump has a point to prove after he suffered an odds-on reverse at Catterick most recently, when losing his unbeaten record in the process. He has 21lbs to find with the selection on official ratings, but is comfortably next-best ahead of Battlefield who is yet to show any considerable promise in his career so far.
