Verdict

Despite being a given a lofty enough debut handicap mark, BATCHELOR BOY has improved markedly for each start to date. While the form of his latest victory hasn't been boosted by Lakeview, his tactics looks simple enough and could be dangerous if getting a soft lead in front. River Cam is proving to be a slightly frustrating horse at the moment and was bang in there at Newcastle last time, it could be the same case again in this. The likes of the returning Dana Forever and Gold Brocade have been encouraging to date but more is needed off their current marks.
  1. Batchelor Boy
  2. River Cam
  3. Gold Brocade
