Verdict

He pace scenario looks a relatively strong one with a few of these especially course winner Tanrudy likely to go forward although his yard are rather struggling for winners at the moment. All in all this isn’t an easy race to assess and a surprise maybe on the cards two of those that could supply a shock result are CAVALRY SCOUT and Mid Day Gun both of whom don’t have rock-solid credentials but have shown some promise over fences and may not have been handicapped out of this as yet. Zara Hope is another who could get involved if she bounces back to her initial chasing efforts whilst last year’s winning trainer Joanne Foster saddles Sigurd who will make use of his lowly mark sooner or later.
  1. Cavalry Scout
