Verdict

Not a particular enthralling or deep contest to end the card with connections of LLANDINABO LAD looking to have found a weaker event than the two that he’s contested with aplomb so far. The form of his debut effort has worked out well while his second at Ascot last time out may have come in a weaker event than usually found at that course but if repeated it will still be good enough to take this. Don McCain’s runners are always to be respected around here but his bumper record of late especially with newcomers is poor and that dents the chance of Khamsin Moor and his likely first choice Word Has It. Kim Bailey’s Chazza could well be the biggest danger, the yard are 3-13 in bumpers this year.
  1. Llandinabo Lad
  2. Chazza
  3. Word Has It
