Verdict

A 2m½f contest at Galway last month could be the key to the opening contest with the Noel Meade-trained DINARD ROSE can reverse placings with Andrew McNamara's Very Excellent. The daughter of Champs Elysees was travelling well before being badly hampered by a loose hose two out eventually dropping to finish fourth of the 18 runners. Tremwedge can improve on his promising debut run at Punchestown earlier this month while Kid Curry for trainer Willie Mullins and the Joseph O'Brien-trained Ozone are better than their last starts suggest.
  1. Dinard Rose
  2. Very Excellent
  3. Kid Curry
