Verdict

A trappy-looking contest, preference is for CRANBERRY, who sets the form standard on her victory last time out and despite shouldering a penalty, has a useful claimer on board and should take all of the beating. While the form of the race is questionable, Hurricane Alex did well to finish second here last time and could be the main danger given his experience, while the likes of debutantes Royal Astronomer and Eastern Sheriff can't be dismissed.
