Verdict

The Gigginstown contingent here will be very hard to beat with all three runners meriting respect. The vote goes to impressive C&D chase debut winner NOTEBOOK, he is re-opposed by runner-up Eclair De Beaufeu who bolted up subsequently at Wexford. The selection's stablemate Moon Over Germany has an experience edge over the Gigginstown trio and he looks a safe bet to be thereabouts where it matters.
