Verdict

The son of Roderic O'Connor, NJORD was already running with great credit in a number of starts over the summer before winning for the second time this season, landing a Curragh handicap in fine style earlier this month. The three-year-old will take some beating on stable debut following a move to Jessica Harrington. The Micheal Mulvany pair of Ideal Pal and C&D winner Stormy Tale are capable of hitting the frame here while the solid and consistent Eastern Racer is no forlorn hope. The Dermot Weld-trained Lightning Amber could be interesting if the subject of market support.
  1. Njord
  2. Stormy Tale
  3. Eastern Racer
