Verdict

There is not much between these rivals on ratings at this stage and preference is for NORTH POINT to belatedly get off the mark. He has been doing well over a mile and the drop back to this trip could irk out the best in him. Light The Fuse did nothing wrong when only beaten by a head next time out and could be dangerously poised off the same mark for this, while likes Elegant Erin is proven on slower ground and may be better than she showed last time. The dark horse of the race is Sir Oliver, who gets into this race off an incredibly lenient mark on his encouraging run at Wolverhampton.
  1. North Point
  2. Light The Fuse
  3. Sir Oliver
