Not the strongest of maidens but there should be more to come from
BADESSA, who is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Montaly, whom Andrew Balding handled well during her career. This filly showed a lot of promise after a slow starts on her debut at Wolverhampton last month and, with that experience to draw from, it would come as no surprise to see her step things up to another level now.
End Over End is another who is going the right way and merits serious consideration if supported in the betting; as does
Capla Crusader, who sets the standard at the moment and is likely to be thereabouts even though he debuts for a new yard.
Torbellino is another to monitor closely.
