Forecasts

The Bell Conductor (9/4), Strong Power (7/2), Abstemious (4/1), Rosa (8/1), Art Power (9/1), Spirit Of The Sky (10/1), Minhaaj (14/1), Sam's Call (25/1), Evora Knights (66/1)

Verdict

Abstemious has made a good start and can be forgiven that Gimcrack run now in this more realistic field. He should be capable of going close, while the William Haggas-trained newcomer Minhaaj can probably acquit herself well. The Bell Conductor caught the eye on debut, and has been given some time since. He has it to prove on softer ground, but could improve and take a hand again. Strong Power and Spirit Of The Sky are both feared, but preference is for ROSA, who won with a bit in hand on debut and can follow-up.
  1. Rosa
  2. Spirit Of The Sky
  3. Abstemious
