Verdict

CASTLE QUARTER was a ready winner at this track in the summer and showed he was still in good heart with his third over C&D last time. The handicapper has treated him lightly by only raising him 1lb on that evidence and is entitled to go well off his current mark. The same can be applied to the likes of Ghathanfar and Termonator, however the previous has to back up his recent win and can be inconsistent, while the latter comes into this off the back of a break. Sharp Talk shouldn't be discounted either and would've been a likely winner last time if he got the run of the race.
  1. Castle Quarter
  2. Ghathanfar
  3. Sharp Talk
