Verdict

Three of the four runners have shown good form over hurdles with ONE NIGHT IN MILAN looking the sort who can progress further yet although some analysts sort to dismiss his performance last time when he beat a decent field in taking fashion. Despite the small field his won’t be an easy task as he seeks to overcome a career-high mark but it may take more than a 6lb penalty to stop him. Richard Johnson travels north for just one ride so Aye Right who has an excellent track record (211224) has to respected despite the fact that he returns from an absence. Nayati is worth a try at the trip having been in good form since joining Don McCain although he faces a tough task in this grade.
