Verdict

Kodiak Attack is bidding for a hat-trick here having followed up a Lingfield maiden win by landing a handicap at Bath. That wasn't the strongest race however and his 6lb penalty asks a tough question here. The other last time out winner is Secret Potion, who has something to prove to win on these terms. Atty's Edge wasn't far behind him that day and makes some appeal despite being 2lb wrong but the in-form RED STRIPES is taken to make it two wins in three starts having just failed to defy a penalty at Catterick nine days ago. He won't be hanging around and has favourable terms now.
  1. Red Stripes
  2. Kodiak Attack
  3. Atty's Edge
