Verdict

If there is one in the field as good as the 2017 winner Roaring Lion (sadly no longer with us) we will be doing well here as that one went on to win four Group 1 contests. The only filly in the field STARS IN THE SKY looks on an upward curve having run well on her debut and improved on that performance last time; she can show the boys the way home. Of the males that have run both Tafish and Vulcan looks as though they are capable of making progress but the dangers may lie amongst those who are yet to race with John Gosden’s Byzantine Empire making the most appeal especially as the trainer is 2-3 (121) with his 2yo Kempton newcomers this year.
