Verdict

POET'S PRIDE was finishing very strongly last time over this distance at Doncaster to finish third in a big field. He has only gone up 1lb for that near miss, therefore, take him to land his first success on turf here in what would be a reward for his consistent performances recently. Valley of Fire is another horse who will be hoping to build upon his near miss last time and should be in contention at the finish once again at this trip, while Yes You has been staying on strongly at the back end of her races over 6f so this new distance is likely to see her finish in the frame.
  1. Poet's Pride
  2. Valley of Fire
  3. Yes You
