Working on a theory that
GREELEY is better suited to racing over a mile than the equally well handicapped
Bounty Pursuit, the mount of Patrick Millman edges a slender vote as the selection. The gelding goes well at this time of year and is back on the same mark as for one of his three wins from last summer. His latest start hinted at a return to form and a bold bid is likely if he gets a strong pace.
Sasoon is a prime candidate to set the tempo and is probably better than he showed last time out (when he lost his action inside the final furlong). That was his first run after being gelded and it's very possible he'll be more attuned to what's expected from him this time.
