Forecasts

Summer Romance (4/5), Ultra Violet (5/1), Dark Lady (8/1), So Sharp (8/1), Good Vibes (9/1), Punita Arora (10/1), Living In The Past (12/1), Flaming Princess (14/1), Aroha (16/1), Under The Stars (25/1), Diligent Deb (50/1), Applecross (66/1)

Verdict

A very competitive opener to the card and while Summer Romance has shown plenty of ability in both her starts to date, it might be worth taking her on with the entirely unexposed ULTRA VIOLET. Ed Vaughan's filly won with any amount in hand on debut and she could be the value option against a likely odds-on favourite. There's a host of each-way chances but Living In The Past might be the one to side with given the booking of Ascot specialist Frankie Dettori in the saddle.
  1. Ultra Violet
  2. Summer Romance
  3. Living In The Past
