Longhouse Sale (7/2), St Gallen (7/2), Chef De Troupe (11/2), Valentino Dancer (9/1), Dino Velvet (10/1), Legal History (12/1), John Constable (14/1), Fransham (14/1), Ingleby Hollow (16/1), Nayati (16/1), Competition (20/1), Grapevine (25/1), Cardigan Bay (28/1), Passing Call (33/1), All Yours (40/1)

Verdict

The presence of Longhouse Sale makes this a tough race to call as it is hard to assess how much improvement there is in the five-year-old. It may be better to side with a proven handicap performer which would suggest DINO VELVET may be the value call given his liking for the track and the form of his run at Ayr in April represents the best on show. The lightly-raced Valentino Dancer and Competition are others to consider while John Constable is capable of springing a surprise if in the mood.
  1. Dino Velvet
  2. Longhouse Sale
  3. John Constable
