Verdict

A low draw is usually an advantage over C&D, although that wasn't the case when Nakkakande won here on Sunday. That filly is capable of defying a penalty, but she's not certain to be in the same mood now, and preference is for Naas winner TRUEBA, who appeals as the type to keep progressing in handicaps. Split Down South is open to improvement on this handicap debut, and appeals most of the others, although in truth, a case can be made for plenty.
  1. Trueba
  2. Nakakande
  3. Split Down South
