Verdict

PERLA BLANCA seeks to follow up her emphatic win in this race in 2018, and she holds every chance of doing so from a 7lb higher mark. She clearly has a strong rapport with the 5lb claimer Sophie Smith and should be commended for winning on her seasonal reappearance (off a seven-month break) at Ayr in May. Percy Prosecco is a potential danger for the Archie Watson/Becky Smith combination. He made all when winning on stable debut (bought for £15,000) at Yarmouth last week and escapes a penalty for that success. Of the remainder, the well handicapped Up Ten Down Two is probably worthy of market inspection.
