Dan Skelton's charge should be all the better for that first outing of 2019 and can go close here if taking a step forward in what looks an open event. Course specialist Hallings Comet would be very dangerous if given an easy lead, while the likes of Capitoul, Rock Steady and C&D winner Haafapiece also need close inspection.
