Verdict

A contest for minimum stakes although there are one or two that are capable of winning this one being last year’s winner PETRIFY who is taken to score again his trainer (Bernard Llewellyn) looking to score for the third consecutive time in the race having saddled a 1-3 last year. He’s taken to reverse Wincanton May form with top weight Harbour Force who ran a sound enough race himself last time. Hot Ryan is bound to attract attention having taken third on her first start after a wind op last time although she is nudged up 3lb for that run. Angel Of The North is one of the lesser lights in the Skelton yard but is capable at this level along with Ardview Boy and Kingston.
  1. Petrify
