Verdict

Fast ground is key to KUWAIT STATION who looked set for a return to winning ways at Haydock in May when unlucky in running and finishing third. The runner-up has scored since whilst his two subsequent runs have been on unsuitably slow surfaces. Akwaan responded to cheekpieces when scoring last time but this will be harder. You Little Ripper may improve for the return to a mile and Battle Of Waterloo could spring a surprise if getting a good pace to aim at. Cape Victory has made the running on his last two starts, scoring at Musselburgh and then making the frame at Redcar, but he has looked in need of headgear and it remains to be seen if he is mature enough to get the job done.
  1. Kuwait Station
  2. Cape Victory
  3. Battle Of Waterloo
