Verdict

An open staying contest in which a chance is taken on REGAL DIRECTOR whose short career has been blighted by injuries, but it speaks volumes that connections are still persevering with this son of New Approach. The step up to 1m6f should be in his favour and he should improve from his comeback effort at Newcastle. It would a major disappointment if he couldn't prove better than a mark of just 75. Oi The Clubb Oi's is going through a purple patch, as he has improved his form on the flat since returning from a stint over hurdles. He should remain competitive from his recent effort up just 4lb. Just Wait has form on soft and is another one who will relish the step up in trip.
  1. Regal Director
  2. Oi The Clubb Oi's
  3. Just Wait
