Verdict

This is a maiden in which most of these won't be of strong interest until they move into handicaps. The form on offer isn't overly strong and so perhaps one of the newcomers in the shape of TWO BIDS can win this on debut. He cost a pretty penny as a yearling, is well-related and starts out with his team in red hot form. Of those with experience, Nette Rouse holds the strongest form on offer after an encouraging third behind an impressive winner over C&D and is a big player if she takes this engagement up (due to run Friday). Damon Runyon is not progressing, but is consistently running to a level in the 80's. If he does so again, that will be enough for him to take third.
