Verdict

The fact that KAHINA made an impact in a Yarmouth handicap counts for something here especially as her pedigree suggests that she is the sort to get better with age. The first-time cheekpieces that she wore last time appeared to help her and she should be able to build on that performance at this level. Imperial Act looks a similar sort albeit she’s a year older having found her feet now although she does need to show she can act on turf after winning a weak event last time. Course winner Confrerie must also be respected having run with credit over C&D last time and useful 7lb apprentice Cieren Fallon takes the ride.
  1. Kahina
  2. Imperial Act
  3. Confrerie
