A typically complex three-year-old handicap (one of two on the card) with six of the eight runners making their handicap debuts. Pennywhistle is certainly of interest but his absence is a slight worry with one or two of these having the edge in fitness while Coastline another sound contender has to show that she can act on this surface having so far only run on Tapeta. STAR OF WAR will welcome this return to 1m having looked a little short of pace back over 7f on turf last time; she’s the suggestion with the expectation of more to come. The well-bred Vivionn remains with potential despite failing to sparkle last time.
