Verdict

LUNAR JET could hardly have been more impressive when bolting up at Newbury last time out and the handicapper hasn't gone overboard with his handicap mark. With rain forecast, the five-year-old should get his conditions again here and should be hard to beat. Roger Varian has kicked off the season in fine form and Fujaira Prince will bid to make it three wins from four starts. He gets the services of Andrea Atzeni who rides this course particularly well and his mount is less exposed than most. Central City seems to love this venue and he looks like a progressive four-year-old who is capable of going well again.
