Held up mid-division, tracked leaders 4 out, went 2nd between last 2, ridden before last, one pace and no impression with winner flat, just held on for 2nd op 11/4 tchd 9/4
Held up behind, still plenty to do 3 out, headway under pressure between last 2, went 3rd before last, ridden and kept on closing stages, just failed for 2nd, no impression op 22/1
Miss Amelia (5/2), Johnny Yuma (11/4), Ringaringarosie (3/1), Casimir Du Clos (11/2), Duhallowcountry (16/1), Roxyfet (20/1), Early Boy (22/1)
It's very hard indeed to be confident about any of these mainly disappointing horses, but at least the veteran DUHALLOWCOUNTRY is in form having won 2-3 of late and he may add to his tally. Casimir Du Clos may confirm recent superiority over Ringaringarosie but isn't one to rely on, so Miss Amelia may be the biggest danger with Daryl Jacob back on board. She has fair claims.
