Verdict

One or two unknowns in this make it a complex puzzle to solve with the likes of Stealth Fighter making his handicap debut potentially better than his mark if he’s ready to go first time out. Star Shield is another similar sort who could benefit from a change of scenery and a switch to handicaps. It may pay to rely on some more established handicap form though with dual C&D winner FIRMDECISIONS looking on a competitive mark with an AW run under his belt that will have brought him on. Candelisa is on a very attractive mark if the wind op has worked and he’s ready after a break while the tough and genuine Coverham is one who will be winning handicaps again this year.
