Verdict

A sizeable turnout, but plenty can be swiftly dismissed. The most informative form-line on offer came at York in June 2018 when the debutante Chains Of Love edged out the favourite MR BUTTONS in the valuable Rous Selling Stakes. Although the selection has been absent from the track since, he made a winning start to his racing career around this time 12-months ago and can evidently run well fresh. His conqueror at York has generally acquitted herself well in much better races since, so that would appear to be a relatively solid piece of form in the context of this race. The consistent Beleagurement is another worthy of consideration.
  1. Mr Buttons
  2. Beleaguerment
  3. Chains Of Love
