Verdict

A couple of Cheltenham festival runners take their chance here with the Gordon Elliott/Davy Russell combination on BLACK TEARS taken to follow up on her fourth of 22 beaten 2L in the Grade 2 Mares' Novices' hurdle, losing second in the final 75 yards. The five-year-old will have to see off the challenge of the Willie Mullins-trained Cut The Mustard, beaten 12L in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham and the Jessica Harrington-trained Emily Moon who should go well with a clear round.
