Verdict

Methodtothemadness has demonstrated that she has a degree of natural ability and is likely to figure towards the fore of the market. However, there are also other alternatives worth exploring. Mrs Davies flopped on debut for Carluke-handler Keith Dalgleish, but horses carrying the Straightline Bloodstock silks are always worthy of respect in the northern region, so there's every chance that she'll leave that poor opening effort well behind. Nevertheless, the very tentative advice is to take a chance on the James Bethell-trained newcomer HELLO BOB who is a half-sister to the adaptable Flat winner Thankyouverymuch (who also carried the Robert Gibbons silks).
  1. Hello Bob
  2. Mrs Davies
  3. Methodtothemadness
