Verdict

The Willie Mullins-trained GOLDEN SPREAD can build on a a fine second of nine beaten 10L in a Down Royal bumper when last seen in January behind the impressive Andy Dufresne at Down Royal. The six-year-old may face strong opposition from the Gigginstown pair Ennemi Public and Rigour, while the five-year-old Gordon Elliott-trained Tapenade is worthy of consideration having been backed last time out and has the assistance of Jamie Codd in the saddle.
