Verdict

An ultra-competitive handicap and you can make some sort of case out for almost everything in the field. The booking of Sean Bowen catches the eye for RED MIX who was heavily backed for his British chase debut at Sandown but his fencing technique let him down, and he was pulled up. Back over hurdles, and on a 7lb lower mark, he might be worth another chance. Flashing Glance looks nailed-on to run his race again and ought to be in the frame. Sparkleandshine is a potential improver on his first start for Harry Whittington and towards the foot of the handicap, Avantgardist is another likely to do better now he tackles handicaps.
  1. Red Mix
  2. Flashing Glance
  3. Avantgardist
