Verdict

As usual with bumpers a rather mixed bag in terms of ability and pedigree with the most interesting candidate on pedigree being BON CALVADOS who makes his debut for a yard who are flying in this sphere this season with Gavin Sheehan coming North for just one ride. In terms of form the only penalised runner Bally Conor is the one that sets the standard having built on his debut promise at Ayr last time showing a very professional attitude. Others to consider who have experience are All Hail Caesar, Just Call Me Al and Corrieben River. Both Trooper Turnbull and Metro Boulot Dodo are worth watching in the market.
  1. Bon Calvados
  2. Bally Conor
  3. All Hail Caesar
